PROFESSORES

Rui Sousa – Community Manager

Rui Manuel Alves da Silva e Sousa is Associate Professor at the Department of Production and
Systems/School of Engineering/University of Minho. He supervisedmore than 50 IME master thesis developed in the industry, mainly in the Lean Manufacturing area. He is author/co-author of more than 60 publications in international journals and conferences.He will play the role of animator and moderator of the learning environment.

Daniela Castro – eTutor

Daniela is a librarian at University of Minho. She will play the role of content expert and facilitator of the learning process.

 

 

 

 

 

Dinis Carvalho – Information Broker

José Dinis Carvalho is an Associate Professor at the Department of Production and Systems/School
of Engineering/University of Minho leading the IOM (Industrial Organization and Management)
research group in the ALGORITM research centre. His group developed a Project Based Learning Approach for real context and organizes an annual conference on related subjects called PAEE (Project Approaches in Engineering Education). He will play the role of support in finding resources for group activities and of facilitator of the learning process.
